Outdoor group Training Program

Location and meeting place

This unique outdoor fitness program takes place currently at Town Park, 498 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera. We will be meeting on the basketball court at Town Park. You can park in the community center/ Cafe Verde parking lot which is the closest location to where we will be meeting. Or you can park in the main parking lot near the tennis courts and walk over to the basketball court from there.

Class Schedule

Each class is 1 hour long and classes are currently offered on Fridays at 7:30am and 10am.

Covid-19- Screening Form

All clients must fill out this form before attending class. COVID-19 safety protocol.

What to Bring - Equipment

Please be sure to bring everything to class that you will need for the hour. We will not be sharing equipment. You will need a hand towel, mat and free weights (5 - 15 Lbs).

You will have the option to use a loop exercise band as well.

What to Expect

Classes are physically demanding and a lot of fun! Each workout is designed to keep you motivated and engaged with exercises, drills, and activities that help you tone and strengthen your body while increasing your cardio fitness and overall conditioning.

All fitness levels are welcome and will be supported throughout the program. Participants should expect to get your heart pumping and body moving. It’s a great way to start off your day and it encourages you to sustain an active and healthy lifestyle.

If you are working around injuries please contact Oliveyah before class so she can program a modified workout program for you.
